We're looking for a go-getting, self-motivated, and energetic Lettings Negotiator to join our team in our Market-Leading Oakham Office.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the area's leading property professionals as a full-time Lettings Negotiator within an award-winning, independent Estate & Letting Agent. We've built a reputation by providing Landlords and Tenants with a service that is second to none. You'll be working within a close-knit, professional team where your individual contribution directly impacts our collective success.
What we're looking for?
* A self-motivated, driven individual who puts the client's needs first and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* A "people person" who loves building relationships and closing deals.
* Experience within the Lettings or Sales sector is preferred, though a background in high-level customer service or sales will be considered.
* A professional attitude with a real pride in your work - you are a true company champion
* A great listener with a positive, "can-do" mindset.
* The ability to spot opportunities, follow up on leads, and multi-task effectively.
* A confident communicator, both in person and over the telephone.
* A full UK driving license (essential).
What you'll be achieving daily?
* Conducting professional and informative property viewings that showcase our proeprties.
* Proactively calling through our database to match the right tenants to the right homes.
* Negotiating offers between Landlords and Tenants to secure the best outcomes.
* Managing the rental process from the initial application through to the move-in date, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Identifying opportunities to book valuations and cross-sell company services.
* Ensuring all files and administrative tasks are completed accurately and in line with current legislation.
* Acting as the face of Newton Fallowell, providing a "second to none" service to every caller and visitor.
