As HR Business Partner, you will support the UK & Ireland Commercial leadership team in talent management, performance management, employee and leadership development, employee relations, change management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will help develop and implement HR priorities aligned with global HR strategies and organizational goals. Join us and make a difference!
Responsibilities
* Consult with leaders in designated client groups within the UK and Europe, focusing on the Commercial business and supporting other lines of business.
* Apply effective change management strategies to support business transformation.
* Assist in organizational change and design by collaborating with senior management and HR colleagues to identify needs and implement solutions.
* Partner across the global HR team to deliver value-added services that align with business objectives.
* Work with the Talent & Organizational Capability COE to improve engagement, retention, and effectiveness, enhancing business performance.
* Manage TUPE projects as needed, coordinating with other departments and HR leadership.
* Lead annual talent management, succession planning, performance management, and compensation processes for the region.
* Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities.
* Handle complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and develop Performance Improvement Plans when necessary.
* Lead HR or business initiatives related to organizational change, culture, rewards, or effectiveness.
* Provide coaching and counseling to employees and managers on sensitive issues.
Qualifications
* Senior-level HR experience in a business-facing role, with expertise in talent management and employee relations.
* Experience in change management and organizational development.
* Availability for a 12-month contract commitment.
