Circet UK is looking for an experienced Supervisor with knowledge of civils and cabling activities on telecom infrastructure build and maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Manage workflows, survey and programme work streams for the supply chain, and organise staff to carry out works efficiently.
2. Manage the full project lifecycle from allocation to closure, including quality management and closing out jobs with relevant documentation.
3. Address non-conformance/non-compliance early to minimize costs.
4. Coach and mentor field operatives to improve quality, compliance to standards such as NRSWA 1991, TMA 2004, safety at Civils, and activations, and to meet customer KPIs.
5. Provide regular updates and reports to the Works Control and Noticing departments.
6. Conduct in-progress audits and coach subcontractors on site to enhance safety and efficiency.
7. Identify where DFE's are required and prepare submissions for client approval.
8. Keep accurate daily records of planned works and issues encountered.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
1. Experience and strong understanding of the SROH.
2. NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor.
3. Understanding of WIP vs. Cash management.
4. Strategic and commercial awareness of business impacts and client requests.
5. Knowledge of permit to work schemes and noticing.
6. Experience dealing with external stakeholders and effective communication skills.
7. Ability to understand and meet the client's quality requirements.
