We are representing a well-established and reputable law firm who pride themselves on delivering exceptional legal services to a diverse client base. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Litigation Secretary to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to litigation solicitors
* Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court forms with accuracy and attention to detail
* Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
* Handle court filings and liaise with clients, courts, and third parties
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and paper
* Assist with billing, time recording, and general office duties
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a litigation secretary or legal secretary within a litigation environment
* Excellent typing skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and documentation
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
