While we operate a hybrid working pattern, we are committed to providing flexibility where needed.We’re happy to make reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process—just let us know how we can support you.The Recipe (About the Role)This role is designed to actively engage in sourcing activities that resonate with our category strategies, providing both tactical and strategic support across a range of category spending areas.Run RFx events and category-specific tenders aligned with sourcing strategies.Work on the creation and execution of category strategies and plans through analysis and insights.Lead review and negotiation of commercial agreements in line with procurement policy.Engage stakeholders to provide data-driven insights for category delivery and decision alignment.Coordinate supplier communications and manage bid documentation to ensure compliance with procurement policies.Track category performance focused on total cost of ownership and value delivery initiatives.Monitor supplier performance and help SRM activities, including preparing scorecards and reviews.Build relationships with suppliers to enhance performance and value delivery.Maintain accurate category documentation such as contracts and supplier records.Provide ad hoc data acquisition and process support to category teams as needed.
