Salary: £29,344 – £44,919 (depending on experience)
About the Role:
A vibrant and inclusive secondary school on the outskirts of Leighton Buzzard is seeking a creative and passionate Art Teacher to inspire students across KS3 and KS4. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead innovative art lessons in a well-equipped department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging art lessons using a range of media and techniques
* Support students’ coursework and exam preparation (GCSE Art)
* Encourage self-expression and creativity in all pupils
* Contribute to whole-school arts events and displays
Requirements:
* QTS with experience teaching secondary art
* Strong subject knowledge and ability to differentiate
* Enthusiasm for developing creative confidence in students
