The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Telesales Appointment Setter to join our bustling sales team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients, playing a key role in our sales process by generating interest and scheduling appointments for our sales executives. You will use your excellent communication skills and persuasive nature to reach out to prospects, identify opportunities, and set the stage for successful sales pitches.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our company's products and services.
* Identify and qualify leads to determine their interest and suitability.
* Schedule appointments for our sales team, ensuring a smooth transition and briefing for effective follow-up.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and appointments scheduled in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve call strategies and approaches based on feedback and results.
* Achieve and exceed monthly appointment setting goals and targets.
What We Are Looking For:
We are in search of an enthusiastic individual with a flair for communication and a talent for persuasion. The ideal candidate should possess:
* Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, or a similar role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* The ability to quickly establish rapport and trust over the phone.
* Have access to a motor vehicle daily
* Self-motivation and the determination to meet and exceed targets.
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits:
* Starting salary: £23,500 - £25,000 per annum, plus commission.
* On target earnings (OTE) can significantly increase based on appointment setting success.

Schedule:
* This is a full-time, permanent position.
* Monday to Friday
Location: This position is available in our vibrant office located in Warrington, on the Omega site. which is not easily accessible via public transport. Therefore, we would prefer people who drove. If you are local and don't drive, we will look at it on a case by case basis.
