About You
You will be committed to population health improvement, with a deep understanding of Supported Employment principles and their role in tackling inequalities. You will have experience of leading complex services, inspiring teams and working across systems to achieve shared outcomes.
You will have:
* Strong knowledge of health inequalities, social determinants of health, and evidence‑based public health practice
* Experience of leading services that deliver measurable improvements for communities
* Skills in partnership working, influencing, negotiation and system leadership
* Understanding of labour market dynamics and employer engagement
* Budget management, quality assurance and project management expertise
* The ability to work strategically, flexibly and collaboratively within a complex public-sector environment
