Operational Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of Asset administrators. Manage the Logistics asset team to ensure streamlined audits of all assets are conducted and recorded on our master asset database. Motivate and manage the Asset team within a change environment to maximise contribution relative to forecasted work and resource commitments. Manage, mitigate, and report on risks related to asset management and team performance. Strategic Planning and Execution: Manage and streamline processes to improve asset recording. Implement strong access controls so only authorised personnel have access to IT assets. Collaborate with the Head of ICT Service Operations and the ICT configuration and logistics manager in delivering and recording assets across stakeholders. Asset Management: Maintain a comprehensive inventory of IT assets including hardware, software, licenses, and contracts. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets from acquisition to disposal. Develop and implement procedures for tracking and managing assets throughout their lifecycle. Embed service improvement and service excellence in the culture. Build effective relationships with customers and key stakeholders to understand strategic and operational business requirements. Quality and Standards: Strive for high customer satisfaction through service offerings. Implement quality control measures to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of IT assets. Develop and enforce standards and procedures for asset management. Coordinate with IT, finance, and procurement to align asset management activities with organizational goals.
