We’re working with a global tech company on a unique opportunity for a legally qualified professional to join their Legal Operations team on a high-impact secondment basis.
🔍 The Role:
You’ll be embedded within a fast-paced, high-performing Legal Ops team, supporting a range of strategic initiatives across EMEA and APAC. This is a hybrid legal/business operations role, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about legal innovation and process improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the rollout of the Global Master Services Agreement
* Managing trackers, updating playbooks, and researching local laws
* Contract processing and liaising with internal teams
* Supporting panel firm relationship management
* Revamping internal legal hubs and creating databases
* Developing playbooks, process flows, and visualisations
* Providing reporting and MI for leadership
* Ad hoc support to the regional Legal Ops team
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Legally qualified in the UK or Europe (NQ+)
* Strong legal operations or project management experience (essential)
* Background in commercial contracts and familiarity with EMEA/APAC legal frameworks
* Experience in-house or at a law firm
* Advanced user of Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and ideally Legal Tracker
* Comfortable in a high-stakes, fast-moving, and sometimes ambiguous environment
* A genuine interest in legal ops
