Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Collections Advisor to join our ever-evolving Revenue Operations team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
What you'll own as the Collections Advisor
* Recovering customer arrears via telephone, written communications and/or any other digital methods introduced into the department / function
* Acting as a first point of contact for customers with outstanding arrears
* Reinstating of Direct debits to adhere to our One Call Resolution aim
* Showing empathy to vulnerable customers
* Negotiating & setting up repayment arrangements
* General administration duties
* Adhering to the rules and guidelines as set out by the company and its regulators (FCA / ICO/ FLA)
* Adhere to KPI's set by the business
What you'll bring
* We would like to hear from you if you have experience working in Collections (Late or Early Arrears) as a Collections Agent, Collections Advisor, Credit Controller or similar
* Strong customer service & communication skills with the ability to empathise with people
* The ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
* Experienced working within a regulated organisation background
* Polite telephone manner
* Strong IT skills to navigate multiple platforms
* Experience of working with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
It's a bonus if you have
* xperience working with corporate customers
* B2B collections experience
* Understanding of Direct Debits
* Understanding around the BACS rules
* Good understanding of Complaint Resolution
About the team
Our Collections teams support our Global Business customers, managing accounts with a strong focus on cash collection and aged debt clearance.
Competitive salary plus up to £500 per month commission based bonus scheme
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm or 9:30am –5:00pm (shift dependant)
