Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Private Client Solicitor/practitioner based in Great Dunmow. The role involves providing legal advice and support to clients in private client matters. The successful candidate will draft legal documents, liaise with clients and third parties, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Trusts
* Powers of attorney
* Court of Protection work
* General advisory work for individuals and families
Key Requirements
* Minimum 10 years’ PQE in private client work
* Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle matters independently
* Excellent client care skills and a professional, personable approach
* Ability to contribute to the continued growth of the firm
* STEP membership or working towards it is desirable but not essential
