Key Responsibilities Manage and support a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts (up to £5k GWP) Handle day-to-day policy administration including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and documentation Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless client service delivery Liaise with insurers and underwriters as needed to process and resolve policy queries Maintain accurate records and data using the company’s systems Requirements Experience in a similar insurance support or handling role Knowledge and understanding of commercial insurance products across any class of business Strong administrative skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively within a team-focused environment Acturis system experience is a significant advantage Ideal Candidate Organised, reliable, and service-driven Adaptable and comfortable working across various insurance policy types Motivated to contribute to a collaborative team setting
