North Northants Adult Social Care offers enhanced rates of pay for those who undertake additional duties beyond their day‑day Social Work role. For those who become Practice Educators, Approved Mental Health Professionals, or Best Interest Assessors, and meet the base qualifying criteria, we offer a further £2000 (Pro Rata). * Qualified adult social worker, registered with Social Work England.
* Experience with adults who have care and support needs.
* Most candidates will have completed the ASYE.
* Valid driving licence and access to a car.
