Whatwe'relooking for
We'relooking for aSenior Performance Managerwho willberesponsible forthe execution, optimisation, and performance of the company's paid marketing channels.
This role owns day-to-day management of paid media performance, including campaign strategy, optimisation, and budget management across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
The role also manages the paid media team and works closely with the Growth & StrategyLeadto implement strategic growth initiatives
Whatyou'llbe doing in the role
Paid Acquisition Strategy
* Own the strategy and performance of paid acquisition channels.
* Manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
* Identifyopportunities to scale profitable acquisition whilemaintainingefficiency.
Campaign Management & Optimisation
* Oversee campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
* Continuously optimise campaigns to improve conversion rates and acquisition costs.
* Implement testing frameworks across ads, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Budget Management
* Manage andallocatepaid media budgets effectively.
* Ensure strong return on marketing investment.
* Identifyopportunities to increase efficiency and scale successful campaigns.
Team Leadership
* Manage and mentor PPC Executives.
* Ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and performance targets are met.
* Support team development and capability building.
Reporting & Insights
* Deliver clear reporting on paid marketing performance.
* Translate campaign data into actionable optimisation opportunities.
* Work with the Growth & StrategyLeadtoidentifystrategic growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work with the SEO & CRM Manager to align acquisition and retention strategies.
* Collaborate with the UX Lead to support landing page testing and conversion optimisation.
* Support implementation of wider growth initiatives.
Required skills & experience
* Proven experiencein paid acquisition / performance marketing.
* Strongexpertisein Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
* Experience managing paid marketing budgets at scale.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience in GA4 or similar analytics tools.
* Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
* Ability to translate performance data into optimisation actions.
