We are looking to recruit a number of ECTs for day-to-day supply, long term and permanent roles available in September.

The ideal Early Career Teacher will:
1. Qualifications (QTS): Hold a relevant teaching qualification by September 2023, such as a Bachelor's degree in Education or a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education).
2. Behaviour Management: Have knowledge of behaviour management strategies and the ability to implement them consistently to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
3. Teaching Standards: Familiarity with and commitment to the teaching standards and professional code of conduct.
4. Have good communication skills.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to work in different classrooms or with different students as required. Demonstrate the ability to adjust teaching approaches and strategies to meet

Salary
£120 to £150 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
