We wish to appoint a highly motivated, well organised and hardworking Administrative Assistant with excellent IT skills.
We are looking for a candidate who can work efficiently to provide high quality administrative services to the School Support Service.
You must be able to work well as part of a team, be flexible in your approach and communicate well at all levels.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to work using their own initiative and meet deadlines by being able to work efficiently, accurately and in a confidential manner.
Duties will include:
* Providing advice and administrative support to schools with regards to the advertising and recruitment processes of all school based positions
* Providing administrative support to the Schools HR team and wider teams under the remit of the Strategic Lead for School Support Service
* To organise and support training and briefing sessions
* To support the team with financial administration procedures
Applicants should be aware of the requirement to travel within the borough and be available to attend meetings during the evenings and weekend, if required.
This role is based at Number One Riverside.
Applicants should be aware that the team currently works on a hybrid basis which includes an optional element of home working, however as a minimum requirement, the post holder will be required to work from Number One Riverside for 3 fixed days per week (Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays) with some flexibility on the other working days in line with service needs.
