In the role of Hire Desk Manager, you will manage a team of hire controllers to ensure that optimum customer service is delivered to the client in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA), while maximizing Sunbelt Rentals' opportunities to increase revenue and market share. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing excellent customer service and managing customer expectations within the SLA framework.
* Collaborating with Sunbelt Rentals Service Centres to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Developing a strong sense of customer ownership, being fully familiar with all aspects of the SLA, customer requirements, and processes.
* Operating remotely within the customer environment.
* Building effective customer relationships across all client sites.
