What will you be doing as an Office Manager? Working alongside the Managing Director you will be overseeing the smooth running of the office. Duties will include: Ensuring the day to day workload of a small team is planned in and completed Assisting the MD with aspects of ISO, Health and Safety and HR Updating supplier and subcontractor information ensuring all relevant paperwork is in place Updating systems and processes on an ongoing basis Liaising with customers, assisting with any issues Creating reports and other general administration We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Previous experience in a similar Office Manager, Admin Manager or Supervisor role Experience managing a small team Experience of implementing and maintaining systems and processes Previous experience working with audits and the maintenance of internal system such as ISO or Health and Safety would be beneficial Comfortable using Word, Excel, outlook and Teams Confident and assertive with excellent people ...
