Overview
Contract Operations Manager role at Marston Holdings. This is a leadership position responsible for the operational delivery of key services to one of our prestigious clients, managing service performance and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are exceeded. You will be a trusted partner in the ongoing development of our client relationship and lead a team of around 100 colleagues.
Responsibilities

* Act as a trusted partner in the ongoing development of the client relationship.
* Provide strong leadership, clear communication, and sound commercial acumen to the team.
* Oversee ~100 colleagues, fostering a high-performance culture and streamlined operations.

What we’re looking for
* Exceptional people management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance
* Proven experience managing P&L accounts
* Ability to meet and exceed contractual KPIs through effective operational leadership
* Experience handling recruitment, performance management, and HR matters
* Confident in managing client relationships and internal stakeholders
* Project management capability and a solutions-focused mindset
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to learn the basics of the parking industry before your interview
