Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Tutor to work with both Primary and Secondary aged pupils at a SEN School in Ashford. You will provide targeted support to children with Special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieving their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver 1:1 and small group tuition tailored to individual learning needs
2. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support academic, social, and emotional progress
3. Build positive relationships with students to boost confidence and engagement
4. Monitor and report on student progress in collaboration with school staff
Requirements:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Experience working with SEND pupils in either a school or tutoring setting
✅ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
✅ Patience, empathy, and adaptability
