We are seeking versatile, resilient, and committed individuals who can adapt their practice to support across all key stages. The successful candidate will assist children with their work, support pupil behaviour, establish good relationships, act as a role model, and respond to individual needs.

Located in Ledbury, Herefordshire, in a peaceful rural setting, Queenswood School is an independent, specialist school providing education and care for children and young people aged 11-19 years with SEMH difficulties and additional needs, including ADHD, attachment disorder, ODD, PDA, MLD, SpLD, and ASC.
