The Role
You will play a key commercial role across multiple retail-led projects, ensuring robust financial management from pre-construction through to final account. Responsibilities include:
Managing subcontractor procurement and package administration
Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
Supporting main contract administration and commercial compliance
Conducting measurements, take-offs, and cost analysis
Working closely with project teams to support successful delivery
Assisting in forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial reviews
Building and maintaining strong client and supply chain relationships
About You
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Surveyor within construction
Retail project experience is strongly preferred
Strong commercial and contractual understanding
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage your workload confidently and independently
Collaborative mindset with a commitment to high-quality delivery
