Job Description:

Reporting to: Managing Director

Benefits: Private Health Care, Pension, flexible working, commission on new business and renewals

Core Hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, with an hour for lunch and a 4 pm finish on Fridays

Tug Happy Hour: Thursday 6-7 pm

Location: Shoreditch

Tug is a multi-award-winning digital media agency based in Shoreditch, with offices in Toronto, Sydney, Berlin, and Singapore. We work with well-known brands such as Merlin Entertainments, Canal & River Trust, Zipcar, and more. We seek an experienced Account Director to manage client relationships and drive channel strategy, focusing on SEO, Paid Social, and PPC channels.

You will be detail-oriented, meticulous, and have an excellent understanding of performance marketing channels. Building strong relationships with clients and team members, you will proactively identify and address roadblocks, ensuring top performance and high-quality deliverables.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing enthusiasm and leadership. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will bridge agency teams and clients, ensuring high standards and managing your revenue portfolio with opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will also support new business pitches.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the senior client contact for integrated accounts (SEO, PPC, Social, Display, Creative Projects)
* Prepare and approve client-facing documents and presentations
* Act as the client's eyes and ears, challenging the channel teams constructively
* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
* Manage monthly revenue and aim to grow client accounts
* Drive client strategies within the agency
* Handle monthly client billing
* Support pitches with leadership and sales teams
* Organize client and team entertainment


Ideal Candidate:

* Extensive digital marketing experience in SEO and PPC, including programmatic display and paid social
* Minimum 3 years of online marketing experience in a client-facing role
* Background in large agencies (Search, Media, or Creative)
