M&E Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for M&E projects.
* Conduct quantity take-offs and measurement of mechanical and electrical works.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate costs.
* Prepare tender documentation and evaluate tenders.
* Monitor project progress and report on cost variations and risks.
* Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
* Support project teams with cost control and financial reporting.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within the mechanical and electrical services industry.
* Strong knowledge of M&E cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement processes.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying, construction management, or related fields.
* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
