Knowledge and experience

Essential criteria

* Good standard of education as a minimum passes at GCSE/O levels
* Secretarial / administrative qualification, training or equivalent
* Be prepared to undertake further training - apprenticeship
* confidence to use e systems and technology

Desirable criteria

* experience in an administrative role ideally in public service
* evidence of developing new ways of working to over come a barrier / issue

Behaviours and values

Essential criteria

* examples of using initiative and prioritising own work
* evidence of sound judgement and empathy when dealing with issues or challenges
* evidence of working collaboratively and influencing others

Desirable criteria

* work / volunteering with diverse populations
