We work with a large network of schools who require passionate, dedicated, and resilient graduates to provide inclusive, tailored support to young people with SEND.About the RoleAs a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Work closely with children with additional needs (including ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and learning difficulties) within a secondary or SEN school setting. Support students on a 1:1 basis, following individual learning and behavioural plans. Build professional and nurturing relationships with students to encourage progress and independence. Adapt your approach to meet individual needs and learning styles. Provide an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive. Work collaboratively with the SENCo and support students with EHCPs.
