Join one of the Southeast's most respected private developers, known for delivering award-winning residential projects. We're looking for a technically strong Civil Engineer ready to take the lead on high-profile developments, from concept to completion.
The role:
* Design infrastructure for residential schemes - roads, drainage, foundations, and services
* Work on projects from planning through to delivery
* Prepare and submit Section 38, 104, 278 and 106 applications
* Liaise with Local Authorities, attend site meetings, and solve technical issues
* Support and mentor junior engineers
About You:
* Degree in Civil Engineering
* Residential infrastructure design experience (roads & drainage)
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, PDS, and Flow
* Ambition to achieve Chartered/ Incorporated status (support on offer)
