Our mission is to increase access to funded training and help organisations upskill their workforce at no cost.Role OverviewThis is a proactive outbound sales role. As a Training Advisor, you will generate your own leads, contact businesses by phone, promote our fully funded online courses, and convert interest into enrolments.You will manage the full sales cycle — from first contact through to follow-up and learner onboarding support. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and research new business leadsMake high-volume outbound calls to organisationsCall back within two days Present and promote funded training opportunitiesIdentify decision-makers and qualify opportunitiesSend follow-up emails and course informationConduct follow-up calls to secure enrolmentsConvert interest into confirmed learner startsSupport learners with the enrolment process and platform loginMaintain accurate CRM recordsManage your own pipeline and prioritise leadsConsistently work towards and exceed KPIs and targetsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Performance will be measured against:Daily outbound call targets (100 calls per day)Weekly meaningful conversations (100 decision-maker conversations)Weekly enrolment targets (20 learner starts per week)Conversion rate from contact to enrolmentFollow-up completion rateCRM accuracy and data managementMonthly enrolment/revenue target KPIs may be reviewed and adjusted based on performance and business needs.Skills & ExperienceEssential:Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or lead generationConfident, persuasive telephone mannerComfortable handling objectionsExperience working towards targetsSelf-motivated and results-drivenStrong organisational skillsBasic IT competencyDesirable:Experience in education, training, or funded provisionExperience using CRM systemsExperience working in a KPI-driven environment What We’re Looking ForResilient and not discouraged by rejectionCompetitive and motivated by hitting targetsProactive and able to generate own opportunitiesProfessional and credible when speaking with businessesComfortable working in a small, fast-paced teamFor further information and to send your CV please click "Fast Apply
