Hays is partnering with a well‑established professional practice based in Banbridge, who is seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Your new role
As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting senior staff while managing your own workload across active projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents; assisting with cost planning and budget management; supporting tender analysis and contract administration; carrying out site visits and measurements; liaising with clients, contractors, and design teams; and providing accurate cost reporting to support successful project delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for someone who brings:
1. 2+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
2. A degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
3. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
4. Goodmunication and ability to manage client relationships
5. Confidence in working independently and as part of a team
6. A proactive, professional approach with a drive to develop their career
