Wedding & Events Co-ordinator
We are looking for a Wedding & Events Co-ordinator to join the award winning team at our luxury wedding venue. St Tewdrics House, owned by Sara and Geraint Thomas OBE, is a 19th-century Italianate villa set in 10 acres of stunning grounds near Chepstow. We are currently winners of 'Best Wedding Venue in Wales' and 'Best Event Team'. About The Role:
You will be responsible for:
Responding to and logging all enquiries for weddings and events in our CRM system.
Conducting follow up calls for all enquiries.
Conducting viewings of the venue.
Ensuring maximum conversion of all enquiries to confirmed bookings, in order to achieve revenue goals.
Logging provisional and confirmed bookings, creating contracts and creating invoices for payments.
Ensuring daily automated tasks are completed on our CRM system.
Holding planning meetings with couples and clients to plan every aspect of their wedding or event.
Coordinating weddings and events to a high standard, including on-the-day coordination until after the first dance.
Coordinating between suppliers and colleagues to ensure the setup and delivery of the wedding and event meets company standards and exceeds the couple's expectations.
About You:
Ideally looking for someone with experience in a similar role however as you are joining an experienced team we are prepared to provide full training for the right individual. We are also looking for someone who has the following qualities:
A friendly sales manner, with a focus on achieving conversion and revenue goals.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with couples from the very first enquiry.
Excellent organisational skills and a great attention to detail.
Good administration skills and ability to effectively use MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
The ability to multi-task and manage your time and workload effectively, especially during the busy spring and summer months.
Experience of working in a fast-paced and busy environment.
Passionate about weddings and events and dedicated to ensuring all of our couples have the most special day of their lives.
Flexibility with your work pattern and be able to commit to working weekends and evenings, along with longer shifts on wedding or event days. Our weddings and events take place all year round, 7 days a week, therefore this is not a Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 role. However, you will be given at least one full weekend off every month.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
