ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this growing business as part of a newly created division, set up to strengthen business operations. This is a specialised administrative role where no two days or tasks are the same. The Compliance & Product Sourcing Administrator will be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless link between NPD and the safety and compliance of all our products. This is to ensure all our products arrive at their intended destination fully compliant with the given territories’ standards for testing and general safety. You'll be the guardian of their products, working with passionate teams to uphold the highest safety standards while staying ahead of industry regulations and best practices. You’ll be initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational policies and procedures for the products that in-house teams design and deliver to our global customer base. You will help map out our supply chain and build all relevant supporting documentation.
This multifaceted administrative position primarily focuses on compliance-related tasks, with involvement in product sourcing to support New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.
This position offers opportunities to expand knowledge in product materials, supplier engagement, and the fundamentals of product design should the candidate wish.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for the Compliance & Product Sourcing Administrator position, you must possess the following:
* Knowledge of product regulatory compliance or similar is essential for the role.
* Interest and enthusiasm for learning, with excellent investigation skills and an inquisitive mind, always wanting to know more!
* Experience using Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
* Drive to develop the department and self-progress.
* A methodical and logical approach to tasks.
* Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Previous exposure to a busy office environment is essential.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
