Outbound Operations Manager
Location: Hybrid (Boston or NYC office – minimum 2 days/week)

Role Overview: We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Outbound Operations Manager to lead our customer service and logistics functions. This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to take ownership, drive operational excellence, and evolve processes in a dynamic, high-growth company.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Warehouse Management: Serve as the main point of contact for three warehouse facilities, lead weekly calls, and ensure invoice accuracy.
· Transportation Oversight: Manage relationships with freight providers, prioritize on-time delivery, and lead RFP processes for FTL and LTL freight.
· ERP Maintenance: Maintain trade agreements, customer cards, and item references in Business Central.
· Reporting & Analytics: Monitor daily sales reports, analyze lost opportunities, and support revenue tracking.
· Club Business Support: Track rotation schedules and ensure volume commitments are met.
· Month-End Processes: Reconcile inventory, post accruals, and validate logistics-related GL accounts.
· Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across departments and manage the Senior Operations Associate.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
· 3–5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Strong Excel and data analysis skills
· Excellent communication and organizational abilities
· A self-starter mindset with a “get it done” attitude
· Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
