The Role
As Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new membership sales and expanding consultancy revenue within an established portfolio of major organisations. This is a visible, high-impact role where you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute effective go-to-market and revenue strategies.
You’ll take ownership of the regional sales plan, identifying opportunities, managing the full sales pipeline, and building trusted relationships with senior-level cybersecurity executives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute the sales strategy for the London & Home Counties region
* Develop and deliver a revenue growth strategy across key enterprise and mid-market sectors
* Achieve a minimum of 20 new memberships and £1.25m services revenue per year
* Leverage your network to generate membership and consultancy opportunities
* Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market initiatives and account growth campaigns
* Provide regular sales performance reports and accurate revenue forecasts
Requirements
* 7+ years’ successful sales experience, including at least 5 years managing large accounts
* Background in subscription, research, or professional services sales is highly desirable
* Proven record of exceeding revenue targets
* Established relationships with senior leaders across the cybersecurity or related sectors
* Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to drive change and implement new strategies
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
* Skilled in strategic planning, forecasting, and sales pipeline management
* Experience using Salesforce CRM
