Job Title: Playworker Before and After School Club
Salary: £12.21 per hour - term time only.
Working pattern: 17.5 hours per week over five mornings: 7.45am–8.45am and five afternoons from 3.15pm–5.45pm.
Required from: 10th November 2025 Permanent position.

Responsibilities
* Join a supportive and committed team to provide high-quality, safe and stimulating before and after school care for children attending the Club.
* Contribute to a friendly, welcoming club environment and support children in education or play work.
* Use effective interactive play strategies, facilitate play and creativity, and maintain high standards of care.
Qualifications and experience
* Experience in supporting children in education or play work.
* Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare.
* Experience of working with preschool/primary-aged children in a lively play environment.
Other requirements
* Enjoy working as part of a team and demonstrate enthusiasm to inspire children.
* Ability to engage children through play, creativity, drive and commitment to high standards.
* The appointment is subject to a satisfactory enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service.
* Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people is a responsibility for all employees.
