Performance Marketing Executive profile:
We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimise our performance marketing channels (PPC, SEO, and affiliate), while contributing to broader marketing efficiency across content, reporting, and campaign support. This is a hands-on, multi-channel role ideal for someone commercially aware, data-savvy, and adaptable.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and Meta.
Monitor spend and performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR).
Write ad copy and collaborate on creatives.
Conduct A/B testing of adverts and landing pages.
Generate weekly/monthly reports and insights to guide decision-making.
Carry out keyword research to inform content and product pages.
Optimise on-page elements: titles, headers, metadata, internal linking.
Identify and fix technical SEO issues (via tools like Screaming Frog or SEMrush).
Liaise with content creators to optimise blog posts and category content.
