About the role
This is a role providing a high level of legal support and assistance to Fee Earners within the team. The successful candidate will work with our lawyers in the property management debt recovery team, focusing on small claims and fast track litigation. The arrears are service charge and ground rent on residential leasehold properties, on behalf of national managing agents. This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a team environment where you can make a positive contribution to a growing department and understand one of the more fast paced areas of a legal practice. You will support lawyers with the process of all aspects of litigation and build relationships with clients. There is opportunity to develop and progress for the right individual.
About you
Primarily, we are looking for individuals with strong technical expertise particularly those who can demonstrate prior experience of first call resolution and objection handling. Experience is preferable but this can be an entry level role for the right individual who is willing to learn. The role will suit individuals who can demonstrate very strong administrative skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will need to follow established priorities, processes and procedures in order to ensure compliance. You must be able to deal with both customers and general members of the public by telephone or email in a clear and concise manner, whilst remaining professional and representing Brethertons and our clients brand.
