The Role
This is a chance to handle a broad and interesting range of residential property transactions — from standard sales and purchases to complex leaseholds. You’ll manage your own caseload with the support of a modern, tech-enabled infrastructure and a highly experienced team.
Day-to-day you’ll:
* Manage residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
* Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth, efficient transactions
* Work collaboratively with other conveyancers and support staff across the firm
* Contribute to continuous improvement and process innovation
About You
You’ll be an experienced conveyancer — solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive — with a solid understanding of residential property law and client care.
* Proven track record managing your own caseload
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
