Call Centre Agent, Glasgow G2 7HF, a short walk from Glasgow Central Station.
Wescot Credit Services is looking for Call Centre Agents to join our TSB Banking Team, starting 9th June 2025.
* Salary: Up to £26,856.80, based on experience (on a 40 hrs contract).
* Bonus: Monthly bonus potential of around £2000 per year.
* Shifts: Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturdays 8am - 5pm, on a rotational shift pattern. You will work 2 in 4 Saturdays, with a day off during the week prior to your Saturday shift.
* Training: 6 weeks with a dedicated L&D Trainer.

As a Call Centre Agent, you will:
* Be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service. Know when to be empathetic, build rapport, and do what's right for them.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, identify patterns, and recognize potentially vulnerable customers.
* Use your empathy and resilience to discuss difficult topics and deliver challenging news with care.
* Develop affordable repayment plans to help customers on the path to financial recovery.
