Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Our long- standing client is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their team! This company is a trusted and independent market expert, with a rapidly evolving client base. They are looking for a charismatic professional to support their office in an absence.
Overview:
* Manage security of the building by providing relevant passes and checking in guests.
* Notifying the appropriate colleagues when visitors arrive and passing on memos.
* Monitor the calendar for appointments and bookings, ensuring the office space is prepared.
* Operating the switchboard and responding appropriately to the needs of the caller.
* Preparing meeting rooms with audio visual equipment/catering.
* Distributing incoming and outgoing postal deliveries.
* Supporting the wider office with general administration tasks, when required.
