We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with the drive, passion and experience to join our Change Delivery team and be part of this exciting transformation journey.
About the role
As our next Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be involved across all stages of our change lifecycle; from helping to influence strategic change initiatives through to definition and delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our Business Analysis framework & approach, as well as working across a range of projects & programmes in support of delivery of our Strategy. You will –
* Understand complex business problems and help define the appropriate solutions to meet the desired business outcomes
* Plan, lead and undertake detailed analysis activity to gain a full understanding of the business requirements, including the assessment of impact on people, processes, data and technology
* Work collaboratively with delivery teams to enable successful implementation of the change, within either a Waterfall or Agile environment
* Provide leadership and coaching
* Contribute to and evolve the Business Analysis Community of Practice and framework
About you
You’ll be a self-starter with excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. With the capability to articulate solutions in a business context, you’ll have extensive experience of influencing business and technical stakeholders to achieve desired business outcomes. In addition, you will –
* Understand complex business problems and help define the appropriate solutions to meet the desired business outcomes
* Be experienced in technically focussed projects and programmes across the IT estate, including network infrastructure and IT security
* Be experienced in working with Solutions Architects, Infrastructure SMEs and Software Engineers, providing the bridge between the business and technical solutions delivery
* Have extensive knowledge and proven practical experience of core business analysis tools and techniques, either in a Waterfall or Agile environment
* Have some experience of mentoring and/ or coaching
* Have a desire to share knowledge and grow the Business Analysis Community of Practice
