The Role:
As Commissioning Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the end-to-end commissioning process for complex MEP systems from early planning to successful handover. You’ll work across a range of critical projects, including data centres and highly technical environments, ensuring everything runs to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead the full commissioning strategy across all project stages.
Conduct reviews and develop commissioning plans/reports.
Chair commissioning meetings, track issues, and manage all testing documentation.
Oversee FAT, SAT, and IST through all levels (1–5).
Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
Drive compliance, reporting, and health & safety standards.
Support client training, documentation, and final handover processes. About You:
ONC, HND or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
A solid background in commissioning management.
Experience in critical environments with some data centre exposure required, even if minimal.
