We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Modular building sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to managing sales strategies, developing client relationships, and mentoring team members to excel in their roles.
Duties
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
* Supervise and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and meet targets.
* Communicate regularly with team members to provide guidance, support, and feedback.
* Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
* Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills in selling techniques and product knowledge.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.
* Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
* Organise promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales management or a similar role is essential.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on effective phone etiquette.
* Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
* Ability to analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
* A background in supervising teams is preferred, along with experience in sales management techniques.
