As an Executive Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting three Directors within our Brewing & Brands Leadership Team, ensuring their schedules run smoothly and helping to organise key events and meetings. Retail discounts – Receive up to 30% off at Superdrug, exclusive discounts with three mobile along with many more… Qualifications As Executive Administrator, you will… Manage and prioritise diaries for three Leadership Directors, ensuring seamless scheduling. Organise internal and external meetings, including travel, accommodation, and refreshments. Handle expense submissions and approvals in line with company policy. Coordinate team absences and arrange cover across leadership business areas. Assist with large-scale event planning and provide ad-hoc administrative support. What You’ll Bring… Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams. Experience in a team administrator or PA role. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
