Join Oakleys Estate Agents, a highly successful independent estate agency, in the thriving market town of Berkhamsted and support our busy sales and lettings team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ensuring the smooth running of the office, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and has a strong eye for detail.
The Role
* Providing first class customer service in person, over the phone and by email
* Supporting the sales manager and team with day to day administration
* Preparing property details for marketing, managing the database, and keeping records accurate and up to date
* Listening to buyers’ requirements and matching them with suitable properties
* Coordinating property viewings
* Occasionally accompanying buyers on property viewings, when required
About You
* Strong IT skills (training given on our in-house systems)
* Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management
* Positive, enthusiastic and a strong team player
* Knowledgeable about the local property market and Berkhamsted amenities
* An excellent communicator with a polite, professional telephone manner
You must have the right to work in the UK, hold a valid UK driving licence and have your own transport (essential for occasional viewings).
Hours
Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm. Some flexibility on hours may be available for the right candidate (days not flexible).
