Role: Shift Manager (PM Shift) Location: Bardon, LE67 1GQ Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum plus extensive benefits Contract type: Permanent Employment type: Full time Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 13:30 to 22:00 (plus ability to conduct weekend over time or cover other shifts where required) Do you want to work for the nation’s largest online pharmacy ensuring excellence for all our patients? As a Shift Manager, you will lead the PM shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performing operations. You will coach and develop supervisors while managing a team of 60 colleagues to drive productivity, maintain high standards, and deliver excellent service.
