Building our product from end to end: You’ll be one of the early Engineers shaping our product, and will work across our whole tech stack Shipping fast: We like to iterate quickly, and believe done is better than perfect Investing in developer experience: You’ll be implementing clean, well tested code, and building scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures. Working closely with a high-trust team: Glyphic is a small but mighty team, we’re regularly in the office collaborating together Engaging directly with customers: We believe in understanding the customer deeply leads to building the best solution for them Crafting a beautiful, intuitive user experience: Build AI-powered tools that delight users and make complex sales workflows effortless and enjoyable Get involved forming an early stage business: Help define our culture, brainstorm marketing ideas, and more there's so much to do beyond software development Your profile You can work full-stack, experienced and up to date with best practices in React and Python 2 years of experience, preferably high-growth startups You've built and maintained production systems, with experience in testing, Git, Docker, and CI/CD Experience building Gen AI / LLM applications is highly valued You like to keep things simple and find elegant solutions to complex problems You're customer-oriented, with a passion for understanding users and crafting intuitive UX You love teamwork but can also work independently to figure things out You’re keen to work in our tech stack. It currently includes React, Typescript, and TailwindCSS (front end), Python 3.10, FastAPI, REST, MongoDB, and AWS (backend). Plus you’ll play a role in helping define it further Why us?
