Team Coordinator - Cloud Accounting role at PM+M
THE ROLE IN BRIEF: A brand new opportunity has arisen here at PM+M to join the Cloud Accounting team as a Team Coordinator. This is a newly created role to directly support one of our Teams in their growth strategy, increase efficiencies, and assist with day-to-day accounting tasks where required.
Responsibilities
• Directly support one of the Cloud Accounting teams in their growth strategy and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure team members work on the correct tasks at the right times.
• Optimise workflows to drive efficiency across a growing team.
• Manage time and logistics to handle conflicting deadlines and maintain seamless operations.
Who we are looking for
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, an exceptional communicator, and focused on excellent service delivery both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating schedules, ensuring correct allocation of work, and optimising workflows to drive efficiency. You may be in a similar role in another accountancy practice, or in another industry with transferable skills. The role involves time across our Blackburn and Bury sites.
