Salary: £90,000 + benefits
Place of Work: London (The Royal College of Surgeons, Lincoln’s Inns Fields WC2A 3PE) & Hybrid

* A broad range of skills, including the precision associated with managing a team to deliver a vital launch pad for the next generation of researchers committed to discovering new treatments and cures for bowel cancer and bowel diseases
* You will be an experienced professional who can show a successful track record of leadership, collaboration and reputation management with these skills and experience:
* Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence, and strong yet sensitive personality to engage with the many internal and external stakeholders
* Experience of developing strategies and management practices to achieve organisational objectives.
* Motivational management style and the ability to work with expert professionals.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Consultative, consensus-building approach and abilities.
* A high level of initiative and drive.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure Financially astute
* Knowledge and experience of using IT to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
