Job Overview
The successful candidate will work in a team providing comprehensive support services to the Anatomy facility in the School of Medicine. They will provide sensitive and confidential administrative support for the bequeaths process and assist the Faculty Anatomy and Technical Manager with a variety of tasks to ensure efficient and effective administration.
Responsibilities
* Support the administration of the Anatomy facilities and bequeaths process.
* Assist the Faculty Anatomy and Technical Manager with routine administrative duties.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with empathy.
* Work collaboratively with a wide range of professional colleagues.
Qualifications
* Minimum of four GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications.
* Experience with Microsoft 365.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to handle situations sensitively and with empathy.
* Team‑working experience.
